Santiago de Compostela is a quite small city. Using public transport from A to B it is not complicated, although it is important to check frecuencies, stops and departing times. If you are going to use your private car, or you rent a car, note that you have to add to your traveling time parking time, which sometimes it is not as easy as we would like in this city. If you do not know the area you will go to, check the route, for example in Google Maps, before getting into the car. We highly recommend, if it is a “short” distance, to go by foot.
