This park, with more than 8000 square meters, is located at the bank of river of Sarela and it lies just beside the Pazo de San Lourenzo.

It is perfectly integrated in the town and it offers zones and areas to have a rest, benchs, green lawny areas and shadowy corners, playpens, springs and two “cruceiros” between old century oaks.It is in a very pleasent district of Santiago de Compostela from where it is possible to visit comfortably and problem-free by foot the Cathedral, also the own quarter, which is made of small houses of local materials, and the south campus of the university. Moreover it has access for the handicapped, it is allowed to ride a bicycle, night lighting and park places.
